2. We truly love what we do! If we're not excited about your party and don't think we can give you exactly what you want, we won't do it. Our clients repeatedly tell us how wonderful everything was and how relaxed we made them feel.

3. We have over 25 years of catering experience. We know what works and what doesn't. We also have the good caterer's fear of running out of food, so you can be assured this won't happen at your party. We promise you leftovers! We can provide you with American Regional, French, Italian, Thai, Chinese, Caribbean and Cajun-Creole cuisines. We also excel at vegetarian foods and have done many vegetarian & vegan parties.

4. We've handled just about every conceivable type of emergency situation imaginable - everything from snowstorms to floods, medical emergencies to family feuds- with grace and charm. Nothing throws us! We also have a sense of humor - a desirable quality in a caterer!

5. Our staff is not only warm, friendly and talented, they're loyal! Some of our staff have been with us since 1986. We don't hire untrained, fill-in-staff.

6. Catherine and/or Eric will be at your party from start to finish! We don't merely send our staff and a supervisor and hope for the best.

7. We can help you not only with the food, but also with the flowers, music (both live and pre-recorded), photography, invitations, videography, locations, decorations, children's activities, all rentals and supplies, linens, liquor and wine selections, bars and bartenders and just about anything you might need for the perfect party. Hire us and eliminate the need to hire a wedding consultant!

8. We not only leave you all the leftovers, we pack them up for you in handy containers to be enjoyed later or to give to your guests when they leave the party.

9. All our foods are made from scratch, by us! The only foods we sub-contract are breads and wedding cakes and pastries. All our breads are by Bread Alone, in Boiceville; many are special order items made only for us. Our wedding cakes and pastries are made by our professional pasty chef, a true master! We also smoke our own fish, meats, ribs and cheeses in our own smokehouse.

10. We're really, really easy to work with! We're flexible and not locked into a routine or style that may not be what you had in mind. Many of our clients have become our friends. We know this is a result of giving 100% of ourselves to make their party as close to their fantasy as possible. You can call us anytime until midnight, any day of the week. We are always available for help, consultation and reassurance.
